  • The title of the play or musical you are presenting.

  • The dates of your first dress rehearsal, your opening date,
    and the date your theatrical production is scheduled to close.

  • The time and place where the play is set.

  • A list of the characters you will need to costume.
    Costume rentals are available for an entire production,
    a single costume or any amount in between.

  • Your budget information for the production.
