Rate quoted on website are generally a per event rate that may not exceed 3 days .

We encourage you to order two weeks prior to date of use so we may ship to you via UPS Ground. Your costume(s) will arrive 1 to 2 business days prior to date of use. You will not be charged for time in transit.

Costumes are selected and altered to measurements provided by customer.

Payment can be made with any major credit card. Approved businesses can arrange billing with purchase orders.

You will receive an email with UPS tracking information at the time of shipment.

Customer is responsible for arranging the return of the costume to Costume World. Customer is given ample time to return via ground shipping services.

Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them.
