Shipping:
Please be aware that in stock
orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is
received-Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will not be
processed until the following business day.
If your order is time sensitive,
we advise calling us at 800-423-7496 for definite delivery date
information.
Take into consideration that
ground UPS service to residential addresses may be delivered as late as 7
pm local time.
Certain items may incur extra
shipping charges due to oversize dimensions.
Return/Exchanges:
No returns or exchanges are
accepted during the peak holiday season from September 1 to December 31.
At other times of the year, only
approved returns or exchanges are accepted. Please call 800-423-7496 for
authorization. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Exchanges are
responsible for shipping changes. Orders or exchanges returned without
correct authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the
customer at their expense.
Any return received with missing
items or without original packaging will not be credited or exchanged.

Schools and nonprofit
organizations may use purchase orders for purchases of over $50.00. These
orders must be called in to 800-423-7496. Purchase orders are to be faxed
to 954-428-4959. Please call to verify receipt of your fax.
Customers in the USA have the
option of paying by money order or cashier's check (personal checks are not
accepted). These orders must be called in to 800-423-7496.
REGARDING OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
You will be notified immediately of any items that are currently out of
stock.
At Costume World, we give every effort in getting you the items you want.
INCLUSIONS
Each costume only includes what is listed with it.
Any other accessories worn by the model would be extra.

We do not have a costume catalog available in print at this time.

CHILD SIZING INFORMATION
Our costume sizes are equivalent to children's clothing sizes, *not ages*.
If your child is an in-between size, we recommend that you go with the next
size up.
ADULT SIZING INFORMATION
Some costumes are only made in One Size.
This does not mean that One Size fits all. Most men's One Size costumes
will fit up to a Large.
Most women's One Size costumes will fit up to a size 10 or 12.
LADIES SIZING INFORMATION
Small = dress sizes 4 through 6
Medium = dress sizes 8 through 10
Large = dress sizes 10-12
XLarge = 12 -14
plus = dress sizes 14 - 20.
MEN'S SIZING INFORMATION
Small = jacket size 34 -36
Medium = jacket size 38-40
Large = jacket size 42 - 44
XLarge = jacket size 46 - 48.
We have the right to refuse the
